Solitude Quartz

INFORMATION: Křemen consists of two former farmsteads surrounded by old orchards, woods, meadows and fields, separated by a winding dirt road. It is easily accessible from the 3rd class road connecting Havlíčkův Brod and Lipnice nad Sázavou and is located 20 minutes by car from the D1 motorway (Exit 90 - Humpolec) and 2 km from the medieval castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou. For visitors of Samota Křemen there is a large grassy parking lot.
Both homesteads consist of a former residential part and an adjoining area of former stables and a detached barn. The farmsteads were built gradually by the former owners in the 19th and late 19th and early 20th centuries. The enclosed courtyard of the upper farmstead is adjoined by a mixed woodland with spruce, larch, pine, beech and other tree species. The south side of the lower farmhouse is surrounded by a large meadow with 3 ponds connected by a stream.
Currently, Křemen Samota is used for holiday accommodation and for wedding ceremonies and celebrations in a romantic natural setting. For these purposes, the interior of both farmhouses has been partially modified in an attempt to preserve the historical character of both buildings and barns as much as possible. The meadow with ponds or the alder grove at the edge of the woods is a popular place for wedding ceremonies, the barn at the upper farmhouse provides ample space and comfort for the wedding reception and entertainment, and the wedding entertainment in most cases takes place directly in the enclosed courtyard of the upper farmhouse under the night sky.
