Polná Castle and Chateau

INFORMATION: Polná Castle and Chateau is owned by the town of Polná and managed by the Polná Municipal Museum, which is a contributory organization of the town. The Museum operates 4 sightseeing routes in the season from 1 April to 31 October - the Old School, the Museum and two routes in the castle building. In the expositions there are exhibited collection items. The first route includes the lapidarium, the Baroque pharmacy at the Black Eagle and the Merchant's Shop with an exhibition of crafts. The second route consists of historical halls, of which the Armorial Hall and especially the Kunštát Hall, which currently serves as a ceremonial hall, are worth mentioning (and are possibly best suited for filming). The courtyard of the castle would also be suitable for filming.

ACCESSIBILITY AND TRANSPORTATION. Access to the first courtyard is limited by the width of the entrance gate. Entrance to the second courtyard - to the castle, then also the height of the gate.

Cooperation would only be possible with the consent of the founder, outside the visitor season, in selected buildings and with regard to the management and protection of museum collections.
