INFORMATION: The castle is owned by the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. The entire concept of the Castle is now in the style of Franz Kafka, as the town of Třešt' and the Castle are closely linked to the personality of Franz Kafka. Today it serves as a conference centre for the Academy of Science of the Czech Republic, and also as a hotel.

LOCATION. It is only 15 km from Telč (UNESCO) and 19 km from Jihlava.
