Personal data processing principles
The following privacy policy applies to all personal data collected by the controller in performance of a contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent, through the website or other sources, and describes how the controller uses and protects personal data.

Legislation
The controller processes the personal data of the data subject provided by telephone, in person, in writing or electronically in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27. April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
Scope of the data processed by the controller
The controller processes personal data of job applicants, its employees, suppliers or customers of the controller, participants in competitions, events, courses and workshops organised by the controller and visitors to the website.
Retention period of personal data
Personal data is processed and stored by the controller for the period necessary to ensure all the rights and obligations of the user and for the period for which the controller is obliged to keep the data according to generally binding legislation in the field of personal data protection, archiving and filing services.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
The controller only transfers the user's personal data to third parties if this is required by another legal regulation; it is necessary for the provision of a product or service or on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller. The transfer of personal data always takes place on the basis of a legal regulation or on the basis of a contract with a third party that provides sufficient guarantees for the protection of personal data.
The controller does not carry out any automated decision-making, including profiling, in connection with the processing of personal data.
The controller does not transfer personal data to international organisations and third countries.
Protection of personal data
The controller has taken all reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the personal data it manages from misuse, loss or unauthorised access. This protection is ensured through a number of appropriate technical and organisational solutions.
User rights
Rights of data subjects Right of access to personal data - the data subject has the right to obtain information from the controller as to whether it is processing his or her personal data and, if so, what the data is and how it is processed. The data subject also has the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning him or her rectified by the controller without undue delay, at his or her request. The data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed at any time.
Right to erasure of personal data - The data subject has the right to request the controller to erase or destroy his or her personal data that the controller processes about the data subject, provided that certain conditions are met and the data subject so requests.
Right to restriction of processing of personal data - the data subject has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of personal data of the data subject in certain cases. The data subject has the right to object at any time to processing which is based on the legitimate interests of the controller, a third party or is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.
Right to dataportability - the data subject has the possibility to obtain the personal data he or she has provided to the controller in a standard and machine-readable format. He or she may subsequently transmit that data to another controller or, where technically feasible, request that the controllers transmit it between themselves.
Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data - the data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent, in whole or in part, at any time. Consent may be withdrawn by written notice sent to the controller's address or e-mail address. The controller may process personal data only to the extent necessary for the legal reasons for processing, i.e. in particular for the performance of its legal obligations or for the purpose of protecting rights and legal claims.
If the data subject has any doubts about the processing of his or her personal data by the controller, he or she may lodge a complaint directly with the controller or apply to the Data Protection Authority or, where appropriate, to the courts.

What are cookies?
