And yet it's spinning!

The American detective film "Murder Among Friends" was filmed at Úsobí Castle. The American detective film Murder Between Friends was filmed at Úsobí Castle from 27 March to 12 April 2024.

The chateau was first chosen for the filming by one of the producers of the film, Marcio Venturi, in cooperation with assistant director Mr. Bárta and Vojta Růžička and on behalf of the Czech side of the production. We are very pleased that their tip was finally approved by the American producer and scriptwriter Mark Rozzano and the directors of the film, Trent Garret and Jacob Young, and the film was actually shot at the castle.

The star of the film is Joan Collins, a television, film and theatre actress and producer, known for many films and TV series, especially Dynasty. Other roles have been played by Jacob Young (American actor and director), Nadia Bjorlin (American actress and singer), Marcio Venturi (Brazilian actor and producer), Hana Vagnerová (Czech TV, film and stage actress), Dalton Pope (American actor and film designer). The entire film crew consisted of about 46 people - assistants, sound engineer, make-up artist, props, rescue workers, police.... Everyone was great and friendly. And a big thank you to Nikola Havel for her professional and pleasant cooperation regarding the catering.
